   Siemens came to me to be seen as the company working on the right problems in Latin American industry. Six charts later, the press quotes their numbers, their CEO uses them on stage, and the category comes back to Siemens.

   When the goal is a list of specific people (say, plant managers in Mexico), I put the story in front of exactly them and guarantee a floor on how many qualified people raise their hand.
